By clicking on the link of one of the first sites from search results, network user can be a client of the resource (the company). And it is quite natural, that the site located on the 100th place has far less chances of being selected by the same user, and, finally, gets the salary or achievement that differs from the set goal.

Of course, you should pay your attention to the fact that the site itself — its content, usability use, offer, the terms of the purchase and the price of the goods / services — must also be of high level. Otherwise, a visitor from referrers links, may immediately leave it, searching for more preferred one.
This should never be forgotten by the owners of Internet resources!

That is precisely the task that should be solved by the Search Engine Optimization. This is a complicated set of techniques and methods that allow you to eventually make your site being loved and recognized like by search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo), and by users of the network — your potential customers.
